TV Go Registered Devices Maximum and No Changes Allowed

Dear all

On the app in the browser it keeps saying maximum devices reached and no more changes allowed for the month. I have stopped cookies and cache being cleared from the following sites / urls:

 
virginmedia.com
virgintvgo.virginmedia.com
spark-prod-gb.gnp.cloud.virgintvgo.virginmedia.com
 
Yet when VM TV Go app is closed or in browser and then opened again it asks to either register the device again and currently it is saying maximum number of devices reached.
 
Then when I go to device management it is not allowing to delete or replace until next month.
 
Are there more urls to allow and not clear cookies and cache from? What is the solution so the same device doesn't keep getting registered over and over again?

    Is this happening for you on multiple devices?

    Are you using a VPN?

    It's worth making sure to use the same web browser, every time (Google Chrome, Safari…): the Virgin TV Go website thinks you’re using a new device when you’re on a different browser or incognito mode.

    You can have up to 5 devices registered, and complete 3 swaps a month. 

    We can help manually reset the devices for you if needed. - Just let us know if this is something you need our help with.

      Hi, I need my devices clearing on tv go. I've had to re register the same device three times this month even though I have cookies enabled

       

      Can you reset mine please?

        Thanks for your post. 
        Sorry to hear about the issue with your registered devices reaching the limit.

        The TV Go App is designed to be best used on mobile devices or tablets. With PCs/laptops it can tend to throw up errors like you are experiencing, especially if the browser you are using has an update.
        I can look into this for you and reset the device limit though.
        If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
        If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
