TV Go: Error message "Sorry - we can't play this at the moment ()"

I've had this problem for over almost half year. I want to know how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

    Please can you confirm is it just one channel or every channel you are receiving this error message?

    Have you tried your TV Go on additional devices, if so what happens?

      All channels. I cant access all channels in one of my device. I can access in my friend's computer.

        This sounds like it may be a device issue - if the service is indeed accessible from an alternative device.

        Can you tell me more about your device, in which this error is present?

        Please confirm the make and model and confirm the operating system and version.

        We would also advise that any software and application updates are completed.
