TV Go app doesn’t work on phone

Hi, 

The TV Go app works on my iPad, but on my phone every single programme, whether live tv or recording brings up an error saying 

“Not allowed. 

Sorry, this programme is blocked on this device due to copyright restrictions.”

I’ve tried signing out and back in but still get the same error.
