TV Go Android 'Sorry - we can't play this...

Hello,

My Moto G8 Power has stopped playing video on the TV Go app, showing the message 'Sorry - we can't play this at the moment 1', along with spinning circle.

I've re-booted, re-installed, cleared cache,de-registered device. Not able to re-register device again even though only 3 devices now registered.

Works okay on my Samsung tablet.

Any ideas?

Edit: Strange, hasn't worked all day, but just after posting above, device has registered, and most channels seem to be playing..

    We're sorry to hear about the issue's you've had with TV Go on that device. 

    We can see you edited this to say the device has now registered. How have things been since then please?
