TV GO - only available at home

I am at home box and iPad on same network 

it worked fine until I recently ish had a replacement box installed as old one crashed I think the fault happened at about the same time

someone please help

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the TV Go issues. If you log in to TV Go on your device, top right you'll see a TV option. Click that, does it show which box it's connecting too and if so, is this the new box you've received?
