Try Again' not connected to internet
I cannot sign in to virgin tv go as it says 'Try Again' you may not be connected to the internet, but this is not true as I can search the internet and watch social media platforms ie You Tube etc. I have de-registered a few devices but the problem persist. I have also used the TVgo app and browsers (edge, chrome, Avast) but the same message comes up.
This is very frustrating, does any one have any suggestion?
