Try Again' not connected to internet

I cannot sign in to virgin tv go as it says 'Try Again' you may not be connected to the internet, but this is not true as I can search the internet and watch social media platforms ie You Tube etc. I have de-registered a few devices but the problem persist. I have also used the TVgo app and browsers (edge, chrome, Avast)  but the same message comes up.

This is very frustrating, does any one have any suggestion?

    Sorry to hear you are having a problem accessing TV Go.

    Can we ask if you have rebooted the hub as well.

    I know you have mentioned other sites work okay and you have tried everything else.

      Yes i have rebooted the Hub.

      sometimes when i reduced the number of open pages on the pages of the search engine i use such as google or edge, i am able to access the viewing content on virgin tvgo, so i guess it might be to do with bandwidth???

        Hi Tesfa, thanks for getting back to us.

        I am sorry that your TV Go access issue is ongoing.  Please can you advise if you're having the same issue if using the app on a smartphone or tablet?
