time limit on tv go

why is there a time limit on tv go? i just stepped into the kitchen to make a drink and the football stopped. i had noticed previously that a small prompt comes up in the top left of the screen and asks "are you still watching". click to continue. but this warning is not audible and does not stay on screen for very long. so why have this feature? its not on the bbc iplayer or the sky sports player so please get rid of it and let me live stream the football in peace and for long enough to enjoy the whole programme.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the time out link ☹. 

    At present there is nothing which can be done to disable this. However we are always looking at improving this and we would advise to check the customer news page to see if anything changes?
