I have the Virgin Go app installed on my phone. No issues in the past but now to watch Sky Sports I cant login in. I go through the correct steps and when I get on to the Sky Sports login and click sign in via Virgin Media account it then says 'You don't have permission to access ''http://accounts.id.bskyb.com/sign-in/error?'' on this server

This may be because my account has now signed out. I click sign in on the Virgin to go app and its giving the message 'Service not available'

Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing Sky Sports and TVGO.
Have you registered for a Virgin Media O2 ID recently? If so, your permissions may have changed, and you would need to sign in again. Can you try deleting your cache and cookies on the device to see if this helps?
If you haven't yet registered for Virgin Media O2 ID, can you try signing in and following the steps here. Once completed, please try Sky Sports and TVGO again, and let us know how you get on.
