Sky Sports Darts - Laptop

Hi there. Full package subscriber to all channels, whose kids use their laptops in their rooms to watch Sky sports football. 

Don't have any issues logging onto Sky using virgin media log in section. And all other channels appear to work find on the laptop (Watched the manchester derby last night). However, the kids went to start watching the darts channel last night via their laptops and this is the message they get after putting in log in details etc.

"Subscribe to Sky Sports to watch live, or stream on NOW. You'll need a subscription that includes Sky Sports Darts.

Stream with a Sports Membership on Now TV"

As I said, all the other channels work fine and even the fact that it was the F1 channel isn't an issue as one of the kids is F1 mad, and had no issues with it previously.  He was OK watching the darts on the main even channel last night via his laptop.. However tonight Monday night football is being shown on main event.

Also he could access it via the app on his smart phone, that also worked without issue. Just for some reason appears to be on the desktop it's not working. 

Windows 11 laptop. Chrome & Edge browsers attempted. Cache, Cookies etc deleted. Still no joy. 

Any help please?

    I've just tried now and it appears to be working! However, this wasn't during a live broadcast but a repeat program so we'll see at 7pm when it's a live broadcast (well a delayed broadcast as nothing is ever 'live' anymore) and see if it really is fixed!!

    Sky help team DM on twitter have suggested I reach out to Virgin Media.... Surprise, surprise. Not quite sure how it's VM given it's Sky's website that's causing the issue.

    Do any VM advisors read these chat boards?

    Seen this from a VM rep on twitter in response to someone with the same problem.

    "Thank you for letting us know. It looks like this may be tied to a wider issue. We are raising this to the relevant team for a resolution. Please bear with us in the meantime. We will aim to resolve this as soon as possible."

    Hopefully it's a quick resolution

    Hi there,

    we’re subscribe to skysports and can watch skysports main event with our virgin login on virgin go but can not access skysports darts, it says we need to subscribe. Is Skysports Darts not included on Virgin Go even tho it’s in our original package on our TV. Can it be added ?

    Just logged in to Sky Sports again with my VM details and Sky Sports Darts channel is still working 👍
