Sky sports app keeps freezing

I log in with my virgin ID it let’s me watch one channel. When i want to change I get the spinning wheel and then a message saying connectivity issues.

if I delete and reinstall the app and log in again it lets me. But the same thing happens 

 

any ideas?

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Sky Go.

    Does this happn on your home network over WIFI as well as a mobile network?

    Have you been able to test this on another device at all?
