Just tried watching sky sports on phone, won’t let me on either phone or Samsung tablet

Sorry to hear of your concerns with accessing Sky Sports.How are you accessing Sky Sports please? Is this just via the app or are you also trying the browser? If so, what error's are you seeing when trying?
Are you choosing to sign into Sky Sports using your Virgin Media log in details. There is the option to sign in as a Virgin Media customer under the Sky Sports log in boxes.
The more details you can provide us, the more and quicker we'll be able to assist further for you.Keep us posted with how you get on.
The option to select the virgin media logo has disappeared so can’t click that box/logo instead it is asking to sign in or subscribe to sky sports
It's possible that you are using both your phone/tablet in horizontal mode. If so either turn the device to vertical mode or change the device orientation in the device settings (auto-rotate)
