Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your the TV GO app via your iPad. Does your iPad automatically clear your cache and cookies once the application has been closed? If it does, are you able to stop it from doing that? That would eradicate this issue as the application needs the cache and cookies to be saved to recognise the device as already being registered to the TV GO Application

No it doesn’t and I have no issues using other apps where it retains login/registration details.

Hi J,
Thanks for coming back to us on this. This is usually the only reason the device would ask you to re-register. There are a few others such as if you've done any OS updates or app updates.
We can get the devices reset for you this end though, but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
