Registered devices

I am trying to remove registered devices so that I can watch virgin tv and TNT sport but cant do so until 1st  September which is annoying. What can I do?

    Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to register a new device on your TV GO application. We can help from here; however, we can only reset all the devices, and then you can add the devices that you'd like to use back on. Would you like us to do that?

      Thanks for your reply

      I had contacted a technician from virgin media to reset my devices but he could not so I lodged a complaint as I was paying for a service that i could not access until 1st September. I then spoke to another technician and he was able to carry out a rest and I can now watch tv on my virgin tv go. The facilities for me to delete three devices per month was not present in my device management but its there now and I can delete a device to save going over the maximum devices that i can use once a month.

      On another note, when i had reached the maximum devices used it was only on the Edge browser which baffled me as I was not using any other devices for me to reach the maximum 5 devices!!. I was told to use google chrome in the future as it is better than Edge when accessing my virgin tv go- do you agree?

        Browsers are personal preference, I prefer Chrome but other prefer Edge or Firefox. It may be that every time you logged in via Edge it was recording a different device even though it is the same one. Monitor it going forward and let us know if you have further issues.
