Registered devices (tablest and PC)

I have had issues with my devices for a while, constant registering device that seem to be on my list but i cant just use withou re-registering which of couse means we run out of changes in a month.  My lenovo table seems to be the only one that works.

Just registered my wifes new tablet as the last one in the list and its refusing to work.

Can i get all the devices removed so i can start again from scratch ?

Is ther anyad vice on how to stop it constantly challenging the PC especially as to if its a registered device ?

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with the TV Go requesting you to re-register the device each time you're using it. This is usually down to a device setting where the cache, cookies or history is being automatically deleted. As the app used cookies to track the device, if these are deleted, it will ask you to re-register. 

    We can refresh the device changes for you however in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
