Recordings to Virgin Media Go App
I cannot play any of my recordings on either of my iPads or iPhone. It says my recordings are on my Virgin TVBox and I need to make sure I am connected to the same home network as the box. I have never had a home network and this problem has only just started. When it happened a couple of days ago I fixed it by uninstalling the App and then reinstalling but it isn’t working this time.
