Recordings to Virgin Media Go App

I cannot play any of my recordings on either of my iPads or iPhone.  It says my recordings are on my Virgin TVBox and I need to make sure I am connected to the same home network as the box.  I have never had a home network and this problem has only just started.  When it happened a couple of days ago I fixed it by uninstalling the App and then reinstalling but it isn’t working this time.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with accessing your recordings. When you removed and re-installed the apps did you ensure that you are connected to your Wi-Fi network also and accessed the recordings?

      Sorry for the delay in responding.  I eventually solved the problem this morning by switching off my 360 box and leaving for 10 minutes.  When I switched it back on I was able to watch my recordings on both iPads and iPhone.  Hopefully this fix will last more than last time.
