Re: VM TV Go App Issue - Service not available

Hi all, I have the same issue, when trying to log in to my account on the App on an Android device. Tried a factory reset & delete / reinstall the VM TV go app same issue. Any resolution to this please ? The app works find on IOS just not my Android device.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    Have you got a VPN or inbuilt security apps on your Android device? If so, remove these and try again for me :).

      No I don't have a VPN or any security apps installed.

        Hi Anonymous,

        Thanks for letting us know. Have you also ensured that your device has the latest OS installed too?

        If not, please check and install the latest version if available.
