Re: Virgin TV Go App asking to register same device every time

Any chance you can help with the same issue I am facing please

      Hi, please could I get some help with the same issue, is there a solution to this other than having the device registered reset again ?

      Hi there, I am having same problem on my PC. It asks me everytime to register my same device. Please advise.

        Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

        We're sorry to hear that your device is asking you to re-register each time. This can happen due to a number of things. Some being:

        • If you've done any updates on the browser or device.
        • If the cache or cookies on the browser have been cleared.
        • If you're using a private or incognito tab to register the device.
        • If you're using a different browser that previously.

        This list is not exhaustive but are the most common reasons we've found for this happening. 

        We'll need to reset the devices for TV Go and once we've done this, you'll be able to re-register the device. In order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security so I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. Just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. :)

  • Hi there! i too am having the same problem, it keeps asking me to register my device (firefox windows 10 pc) every time i try to watch anything on virgin tvgo !!!!! i run out of slots every 3 days as i have my mobile, and lenovo pad, already registered ( they never as me to re register). There is a serious problem with tvgo on windows 10 pc, PLEASE HELP .
