I've had the same. TV GO app says I'm not linked to my Virgin Media O2 ID. Get the email, click the link and it opens up the main Login home page. Nothing happens with TV GO. finally I got locked out!

All i wanted to do is watch the football on my PC. .So far 30 mins of endless loops verifications and emails and text messages. Still not managed to login to TV GO.
