Re registering device

Every time I access the Virgin Tv Go app on my iPhone, I have to register the device when the app refreshes.

This is an issue as I no longer have any device registrations left for the month.

 

please can you look into this issue?

 

in the mean time, please could you reset my device registrations?

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your IPhone registering as a new device each time.
    I’d like to investigate this for you.

    If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
