Premier Sports 1

Hi Folks,

Is there a reason why I can't find Premier Sports 1 on the live channel guide on TV Go on either the app or web page?

    Do you subscribe to Premier Sports? Or are you just using the free-to-view August?

    I don't think the latter enables TV Go, only viewing via your TV box.

        Hi tc472,

        Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some issues with Premier Sports. This should be available via TVGO. 

        Can you confirm if this is still a problem? Have you tried a different device?

    Only curious, because I tried viewing it on mine before realising the FTV period doesn't cover the app!

    Presumably you can view Premier Sports 2, it's only PS1 that you can't? Follow the settings cogwheel, choose "channels" and check you have PS1 listed & ticked.

      When I checked the My Channels section, I didn't realise there was an option to select/de-select the channels that show on the channel guide. So once I had selected those missing channels, they were available to view.

        Nice.

        Think I suggested that in the fourth post of this thread, but at least you have a working solution and others reading this thread have the same.
