Trying to watch footy today all Matches apart from premiership are working through the red button, got 5 mates round to watch why is it not working, restarted factory reset ect was working last week

Which matches are not showing?
PL Schedule today is
Brighton v Crystal palace ko 2pm Sky Sports PL 502/512
Man City v Man U ko 4:30pm Sky Sports PL 502/512
Southampton v Tottenham ko 7pm TNT Sports 1 527
There is only one other match being played at 7pm (Chelsea v Brentford) not scheduled for TV.
Just tried the only match in progress now & it is available on both the SSPL channel & the app.
It was Manchester games and Brighton.... I could access recap but not the live game, I had the wheel of doom
I don’t see your problem. The matches were shown live on Sky Sports Premier League (channels 502 & 512) at their respective times. The Red Button service is only used for additional live matches when there is a live match already being shown on the Premier League broadcast channel.
What device are you trying to watch football games on? You've posted in the TV Go section of the forum, which is usually for issues viewing on mobile devices such as tablets and phones.
Your reference to red-button suggests you're viewing on a TV set-top-box? And if so, which one? V6 or TV360?
