I can not download anything on the virgin tv go app. I am on the virgin router network that connects all my devices, no VPNs running, yet when I go to download load something via the app I click the 3 dots but there is no download options. I have tried this on numerous channels and I never get a download button I can click on.

Downloads only work on phones and tablets running iOS or Android. Furthermore downloading is allowed only for catch-up and on-demand (so not live), and only if VM has the licence to provide it. The PSBs (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5) and UKTV usually allow downloads - but only for content they fully own or have full digital rights for, and you'd be surprised how much of what they had broadcast cannot be licensed for off-line viewing. Other content with no licence for downloading include Sky channels (Sky Max, Sky Showcase, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports), TNT Sports, third‑party box sets and some US imports.
