Max device register reached

Hi 

I seem to be having issues registering my Win11 PC for TV Go - everytime I use it, it asks me to re-register the device thus using up my device changes everytime. I have now got to wait until 1st May to change my device which is the same device. I think I have ensured all cookies are saved and not flushed, and I'm using the same browser and allowing 3rd party cookies - I really don't know what else its thinking its a different device.

Can someone reset my changes and give me an explanation as to why this keeps thinking its a new device.

    Sorry to hear these difficulties getting your Win11 PC registered for TV Go. 

    You can have up to 5 different compatible devices signed up to the TV Go service and use the app at one time, with the ability to make adjustments to their registered devices 3 times in one month. Instructions on how to register a device or replace a registered device can be found ðŸ‘‰ here. You will have to then keep the cookies on the laptop/PC or MacBook or it will register as a new device every time and use up all of their available changes.
