I have been unable to watch sky sports on virgin TVGO

I have been unable to watch sky sports on virgin tvgo for a couple of weeks now. Each time I try to sign in to sky sports it says Access Denied.  I contacted customer service and was told that the technical department will rectify the matter, and this was on the 24th of October.

I hope someone can help as i am paying for a service i cannot watch

    To confirm, is this happening on both the app and the web browser version?

    Hi Martin

    Yes on the App and browser and this is not the first time it has happened.However I tried signing into the sky sports platform today its working now.

    Nonetheless, it has been a very frustrating time not being able to watch a service you pay for
