I can’t register any device
I have lost my access to Virgin Tv Go ever since I had a new modem installed. Despite contacting Virgin technical department direct they have not been able to sort the matter out. I can’t even register my device and when I try to logon to live tv it says “ Oops - something went wrong! Please try again later.”
I have had this problem for over 2 months
