I am unable to sign in to Virgin TV Go on my PC

I can get to the home page when I select to sign in it just keeps directing me back to the home page with no option to sign in - when I click register it tells me I already have an account using my email - and then logs me in to my Virgin Media account page - when I go back to the TV GO page I am still not signed in

    Sorry to hear about the issue watching TV GO on your PC.

    Would you be able to test this on an alternative browser please?

    Does it also allow you to sign in though our App okay?

    Last question are you using the primary email address that is used to view your online account?
