I am unable to reset my password.

I am unable to reset my password. I keep getting a message 'Oops, there's something wrong.' Is there a system issue?

    Have you tried a different browser, or using an incognito/private  window or tab?

    Which password are you trying to reset? 

    You've posted in the TV on the Go section, so it's probably the TVGo app which uses the same sign in details as My Virgin Media.   Have you tried the forgotten password link  when signing into MVM?  https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2

      I done all this you have suggested so dont know why you are telling people basic ideas!

      Mines is still not working and I will be minusing my account £1 per day this is not sorted out as how do we know that someone from virgin hasnt blocked access to many customers and stealing their identities?

      We dont and this is an urgent matter but typical virgin slow to react such threats of internal fraud!
