Having to register same device

My new iPhone keeps having to re register on TV Go app using up the monthly allowance. Have even had 2 other long term registered devices have to re register. This does not appear to be an isolated issue. Phoned Virgin on Tuesday to be told I would get a call back but have heard nothing.

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your TV GO, if you're clearing your browser cache and cookies this could be causing the issue.
