Can't watch

All this palava trying to sign into to emails, now trying to sign in to watch sky sports on the go, asking to verify my passwword and now asking for my unique code, 5 small letters with dashes inbetween each word and saying i can't use that code till 07.47 on th 22/7/25. Really virgin, honestly really. This is absolutely scandalous. What a joke from virgin. Heads need to roll for this. Incompetent people should not be working for a company this size. 02 must be saying, what the hell have we done here.

    I too also have a problem accessing emails since yesterday, VM keep directing me to sign into 02, Why? I have had the same account/email address since day one, this is my main email address.  

    I have totally given up with Virgin Media, the only good thing I will say about them is that the Broadband is fast, apart from that the system is overloaded and useless.

    Both myself and many other customers are unable to access their email accounts and  also have other issues.

    I will not be signing into 02, Virgin Media need to let their customers know what exactly is going on.

    Similar problems here. Trying to watch skysports app on a tablet. Went through loads of steps to set up a new linked login for virginO2 and was given a six word recovery code ( valid until 2075!!!!!!)

    My new login seemed to work first time....but now when i get to the "virgin" button on the sky login page....nothing happens.  I tried wiping data and cache from the app but no joy logging in.

    Can someone please tell me how to verify my password. 7 attempts left, above message code can't be used till date on first post 🤣🤣🤣
