Can't sign in to TV Go app
Hi
I am stuck in the TV Go app - after installing it, I tried to sign in but used a wrong user name or password. I then used the option to reset password, but every time I click Sign in (in the app), I just get a message saying "Sing-in failed. Pleaase sign in with your main user account. Sub accounts can't sign in to this service"
But the problem is that I never get an option to enter a username or a password - the error is displayed straight after tapping Sign in.
If I try the only alternative - Register - I am redirected to the VM webpage where my name and password are recognised, but that doesn't help me logging into the app.
So, I am stuck in a loop, I need to log in if I want to watch TV (I can see the overview etc. if not signed in, but to watch, I have to sign in), but I can't log in as I only see the above error.
How can I reset the app? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it seems to store the previous information.
I am using a Samsung tablet.

What happens if you try using a different device?
Try clearing the apps storage on your Samsung tablet before uninstalling it. Apps > Virgin TVGo > Storage > Clear Data (and to be safe also clear the Cache) Then uninstall the app and reboot the tablet before you reinstall the app.
