Cant login to Virgin Tv Go app on any device

Im in an endless loop of trying to log into Virgin TV Go on the iphone app or within a web browser.

Yesterday i was asked to set up a Virgin Media O2 ID and now i cant access anything. Here are the steps of what is currently happening.

  1. Enter email address
  2. Enter password
  3. Verification email is sent to my email adress
  4. Clicked on the 'verify its me' link
  5. Get a confimration page saying = 'Your email address has been verified'
  6. Go back to Virgin TV Go and Im still logged out

Ive tried this numerous times on my PC, Macbook and iPhone and cant login from enay device or any browser. All my login details are correct

    I too am experiencing very similar difficulties. Tried to remote control my Virgin V6 box last night for first time in a while and since a recent App Store update to my Virgin TV software on my phone and was asked to login by the new software version.  Username and password were provided correctly, but phone did not accept the correctly entered credentials.  Indications were either username or password were not correct.  Elected to verify "another way" and received verification email to my email address which contained a link to confirm. Clicking on confirm, gave a further message saying my identity and email was confirmed and that I was to return the the original screen to continue.

    Even though my credentials had apparently been confirmed, the username and password are STILL to accepted by Virgin TV remote or virgin tv anywhere. I have rebooted computer TV box AND my phone and situation remains the same, my credential work for connecting to Virgin for billing ,etc on my computer but iPhone is totally unable to connect.

    I have tried again today thinking maybe VM had a server problem overnight and today the problem is unchanged.  Cannot use on my phone either virgin tv remote or virgin tv anywhere.

    Is this a problem of my making or is there an ongoing issue at VM?  What is the means to obtain a fix?

        Same problem. An endless loop of email, verify, email. I can’t now log in at all. Please fix ASAP.

      If you have linked the accounts together this will be the new login.

      If you are struggling to link them together please try the steps again but using Bing. Cheers

        Im able to login on the iphone app but its impossible for me to log in to the browser
        i tried using the password and it didnt work, ive tried the email verification and that didnt work, ive also tried the recovery code as well and that didnt work

        the email and password worked fine on the iphone app
