i have been trying to remove devices that are not mine from my virgin tv go app but cannot remove / add any tried all the links in the forum to manage devices but they just take me the vegin media website or virgin tvgo website homepages

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV GO app, what happens, when you try to remove devices via the app, what happens, do you get any error messages?
You can also manage your devices via the TV GO site by logging in and going to the settings page and device management, would you be able to try doing that and see if you have the same issues as with the app?
