Cannot log in on TV Go and Sky Sports

Hi , unable to log in on tv go and sky sports very frustrating.

    Sorry to hear you're unable to access Sky Sports. 

    Have you been able to follow the steps via your Virgin Media online account to access your online account? Once this has been updated, then your access to Sky Sports and other apps should be enabled again.
