Can’t log in to Virgin Go app on IPad
I’ve been trying for 3 days to log in to the Virgin ago app and am having no luck.
every time I open the app I get the sign in page asking for the email address which I enter. Then it just comes up with ‘your passkey wasn’t verified’ but it never even asked me to enter my passkey!
then I’ve tried ‘sign in a different way’ and it tells me they’ve sent me an email to help with the login but the email never arrives!
tried this several times and no email - and still after 3 days none have arrived!
I’ve deleted the app, cleared iPads cache, downloaded the app again but the same thing happens every time!
I don’t know what else to try.
I think this has only started since we upgraded our TiVo to 360 so it might be related ?
anyone got any suggestions?
