Being asked to re-register a device that's already registered
So Virgin Media here we are again ! after over 24 hrs of no Broadband service when working from home i now have to pay that time back - thanks very much !
That's okay as were now back up and running finally................oh but wait now I am being asked to register my device very odd as its already registered this continues throughout the day for several occasions now sure why it keeps asking to register the device every time i turn the TV but it does and it works...........that is until this evening so now i cant watch anything on the TV at all as it keeps maximum devices reached to stream you will need to replace one all my slots are now full with the one device you are not able to replace a device until 1st January I am paying over a hundred pound a month for this appalling service cant get through to anyone to resolve the issue.
Virgin Media the Grinch who ruined Christmas i don't in my wildest dreams suppose this this will be fixed on Christmas Day will in now
Didn't know there were so many people also having the same problem clearly you have things to sort out at your end so get on with it and get things fixed !
