Wifi pod not being delivered

About a month ago service was poor so requested a wifi pod and someone on the support team said they would put an order in and it would arrive soon. 3 weeks later i went back on the contact us and spoke to another agent and they said it would be arriving soon. Still no message or sign of the pod being delivered, has it been forgotten?
