WiFi Dropping
Hi all,
I’ve been with VM for about a year now and have had the same issue for the duration of the contract but no matter how many engineers they send out or hubs they switch, it persists.
Essentially, even when I have full WiFi signal on a device, the internet will just stop working. 90% of the time this can be rectified by turning the WiFi off/on on the actual device (not hub) which fixes the issue for about 10 minutes until I have to do it again.
Does anyone know what this could be? It doesn’t matter what I’m using the problem remains i.e. iPhones, laptops, firestick.
