Unable to upgrade my broadband package from 250 to 350
Keep trying to upgrade my broadband from 250 to 350 but even though says its done its still not upgraded.

are you testing by wire?
The speed is what should be getting for m250 package but it says I've changed to m350 broadband package but I'm still getting m250 speeds it's like the system not upped my speed to m350 speeds.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues upgrading the speed.

Please look out for the envelope in the top right of the page and pop back to me when you can.
We have to restart / reboot the VM Hub to pick up a revised speed profile.
In the VM Hub's menu: Check router status >>> Configuration tab the current speed profile can be seen.
