Unable to upgrade my broadband package from 250 to 350
Keep trying to upgrade my broadband from 250 to 350 but even though says its done its still not upgraded.

We have to restart / reboot the VM Hub to pick up a revised speed profile.
In the VM Hub's menu: Check router status >>> Configuration tab the current speed profile can be seen.
This link runs a speed test from VM to the Hub and also from the Hub to your device.
