Speedtest on Ookla Speedtest App

Hi All

I've just had Virgin FTTP broadband installed 1 gig with hub 5 yesterday, but every time I run a speed test on the Ookla speedtest app, before I start it,  it says my internet connection may be unstable.  I have tried this on my works broadband and this does not happen and also tried it on my friends and again it has not happened and it did not happen on my last provider when I tested it, just before Virgin's installation. 

I believe there are discussions from other members on here regarding this and their issue was sorted, but they do not say how.  Please could someone advise.

    The Ookla unstable comment has been reported before, as you may have seen there is no explanation as to what is triggering this message so it is of very limited use.

    Try with the Samknows Realspeed test that is intended for VM Hubs
    it shows both the speed at the Hub and how fast your devices works.

    https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/     ( no use of VPNs / Apple Relay / Web Proxies )

    Once the test begins click on: Run full test to include: Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed.

    Samknows Realspeed is also available as an app for iPhone & Android.
