Unstable status on the Speedtest App

I have just joined VM and right after setting up my equipment (hub 5 - 1 GIG) I attempted to complete a connection test on the Speedtest app. The status was “ the Internet connection may be unstable” with a yellow circle rather than a green one.

I tried again this morning and it is still the same, speed is 720 MBS max to my device while standing next to the hub.

Any advice on how to resolve this?

    Speed test the service to a Router mode VM Hub(3/4/5/5x) + your device with the link below.

    Once the test begins click on: Run full test to include: Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed

    The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
    The speed any Wi-Fi device draws data from the Hub is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.

    The Samknows Realspeed test is also available as free apps for Android and iPhone.
    For an iPhone ensure Apple Relay ( a VPN ) is disabled.

    I'm sorry to hear you have some concerns regarding the speed.

    As the community have advised here, we'd recommend doing a hard-wired speed test using Sam Knows.
