Speed problem

Can anyone tell me what the problem is,by looking at the screenshot below.I have the 350 Mbps package.Everything can be alright for weeks, but then it goes back to this, which itself might last for weeks, then without me touching anything,it will revert back to normal. In the past i have tried rebooting but have stopped doing that as it has absolutely no effect on the speeds.Previously Virgin have suggested the equipment may be at fault, but if that was the case it wouldn't be ok for weeks and then revert back. This has happened multiple times. My network is not congested.

A significant loss of download speed is usually caused by a VM Network fault in your locality,
unless there is a loose or damaged cable in your home this is one for VM to fix and may well be affecting other homes served by the same street cabinet.

Check for known faults in your street. Try both methods:

Call the local fault line: 0800 561 0061 – this is an automated number.

This has been happening for over a year now.I have been told many times that there is no problem with the street junction box and also Virgin have told me the equipment in the house is fine.I have reported this many times and each time it's immediately fixed, but only for a few weeks. How are Virgin able to fix it straight away when i contact them.Surely this means that the fault is not my end.It is impossible for my equipment to go from ok for weeks,to having a fault many many times over on it's own, without being touched, that just doesn't happen.

Remote fixing a problem like this is hard to explain.

Are we missing something like the Downstream signal levels are outside
of the normal Power ranges or there are lots of Post RS Errors / Uncorrectable Errors ?

Test your speed to a download server like from steam download a game see how fast you go.

    run CMD in admin

netsh interface tcp set global autotuningl=normal
