Slow speeds

All,

I am having problem since I upgraded my broadband to 1gig, since the speed upgrade existing Wi-Fi pods aren't boosting the internet speed.
When I had M350 I usually get above 300mb/s with Wi-Fi pods.

I barely get 100mbs since the upgrade and Wi-Fi signal dropping constantly.

I had no help from customer service.

how can I get this issue resolved?

    Do you have a new Hub? The pods will need to be reset.

    We're very sorry to hear about the issue with your broadband service and WiFi pod. 

    Are you able to confirm if you got a new hub with the upgrade?
