Slow speeds

I have 500mb from the router, with the best speed in any of the rooms is 100mb. Most are around 50. Is there anything I can do to increase the speeds. Contacting Virgin is near impossible. Thanks for any help..

    First thing to check is the speed to the HUB over the VM network:

      Can we ask the following?

      What device are you running the test on?

      How many devices do you have connected at any one time?

      Do you have a 3rd party mesh unit plugged in?

      What speeds did you get from Samknows?

    VM won't be interested if you are getting more than 30Mbps over WiFi. That's all they promise. If you want more you will have to invest in your own WiFi equipment.
