Slow speeds

I'm having the same issue as well. It's been like this for more than a week, as I started to check for what appeared to be slower speeds than normal. Maybe going back to the start of the year.

    First thing to check is the speed to the HUB over the VM network (Assuming the HUB is in router mode):
