I have the 1000 mbps package and at first I was getting about 600 or 700 ... not sure what changed but for the last 3 hours I try troubleshooting the wi fi speeds as it was so slow it couldn't even load the speed test. Now is back again but my xbox download speeds is not more than 60 or 70 mbps on WiFi . Please help I got this Internet mainly because of this xbox and it is the only thing not getting the speed
The Xbox should have a wired connection.
Check for known faults in your street. Try both methods:

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the speed of the services, with you seemingly getting much slower speeds than your subscribed package.
Do please confirm if you've been able to run diagnostics based on the advice given from your fellow posters and please confirm if you have been attempting to run any speed tests with Ethernet cables - more specifically those that are Cat 6 or above, as these will accommodate for high speed delivery.

I got a cat 8 cable and it got up to speed for quite some time and tonight everything is lagging and speed test say my network is unstable and I am getting about 30mbps on the WiFi tests
30Mbps on Wi-Fi occurs when your device is so far from the VM Hub ( to use 5GHz ) and has to connect on the 2.4GHz band with has longer range but lower speed.
Provide the screen shot of a Full Realspeed test so show if the issues are with the service to the VM Hub or with the kit / Wi-Fi inside the home.
