Signal errors? Need an engineer?

Hi

For the past month or so I am getting regular drop outs and stuttering.  Streaming TV on my Firestick I get regular freezing and stuttering, last night on the Paramount+ app it was constant.  Also online gaming is being affected with connection errors.  I also stream a weekly podcast with my friends and the past 3 weeks I am getting tons of dropped frames.

A speed test shows everything OK and theres no issues in my area according to the VM status checker.

Looking at the logs theres a lot of errors, a quick google and its showing there is probably a signal error to the hub (Hub 5 in modem mode).

Below are the logs.  Do I need an engineer out to check levels etc?  Its so frustraing having this issue, just seems one thing after another lately as had some local issues recently too which has affected service.  Been with Virgin since the Telewest days but am seriously considering leaving when my contract ends early next year :(

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of any Broadband issues. There are no area issues/outages showing. Can you pop the Hub into Router Mode for us, then let us know so we can do full diagnostic checks please?

      Hi John. Does it really have to go into router mode? I have a TP link mesh network and worried it’s going to play havoc with all my smart devices in particular my Ring alarm and cameras.
