Red light on Hub 3.0 and reduced broadband speed
I noticed a drop in broadband speed this morning (from 130mbs to around 30). Checked the hub, which is in router mode and the indicator light is solid red.
I've tried resetting the hub but the red light remains. No issues with any connections and the hub is well ventilated and cool to the touch.
Can't get through to anyone on the support line. Does anyone have any suggestions? From a quick search it seems like this sort of issue typically needs a replacement hub, but it's only 2 months old so hopefully that's not the case.
