Hi i have had VM 2gig for almost 2 weeks and so far the DL and UL speeds have been good but for some reason i have experienced spikes in latency, from 20-30ms up to 2000ms every 20 seconds or so on hub5x almost like clockwork making online gaming frustrating as everything freezes and then catches up to itself almost like im loosing connection every 20-30 seconds for a split second and was wondering if there is anything i could do to fix this issue
Its VM doing DoS speed tests they don't seem to get it causes a problem for US
why we need modem mode for hub 5x
Ah well that's annoying, may have to contact them and see if there is anything that can be done as streaming/games stuttering constantly due too split second high ping is driving me insane

How has this been since Sunday, have you seen any type of improvement?
have had an engineer out to check and got a new hub5x as it seemed to be the most likely cause, at the moment i am running a BQM to monitor it, as of now im still getting some packet loss and ping spikes but seems to be a little better
so far everything has seemed to settle apart from a large lag spike every 11 hours but no idea what that can be as it only lasts a few mins
