Poor speeds in cf24

i am getting very slow upload speeds and my download speeds vary from 300mbs to 900mbs on a gig1 connection, the mdeia status page says it cannot connect to my equipment in my home, can someboy help or get an engineer booked for me? thanks!

    show for upload or download is not good for latency

    Actually my upload speed is a bit off too at time of posting (CF5). Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 / 150.
